A method of protecting the dispenser from sticking of loose products when working in the area of local air humidity

Description: With the help of an underpowered fan, we create an area of increased pressure of dry, cold air in the area of the dispenser, and in this way we do not allow moist air to reach the dispenser itself and the loose ingredient it dispenses.

If there is a dispenser of loose ingredients above the dishes with hot water, dew will very quickly form on the dispenser itself and these loose ingredients, which will make them more moist. There are such loose ingredients for which an increase in their own moisture will lead to their sticking together. Sugar crystals, unlike, for example, coffee grains, have a crystalline structure and are not able to absorb moisture inside themselves. Therefore, all excess moisture will settle on the surface of the sugar crystal and make it very sticky. Therefore, all home coffee makers simply have no sugar dispensers in them. I offer a method invented by me to protect dispensers from sticking of sugar and other loose ingredients with similar qualities. This will allow all home coffee makers to be equipped with sugar dispensers in the future. The essence of my invention is quite simple: with the help of a underpower fan, create an area of increased pressure of dry, cold air in the vicinity of the dispenser, and thus prevent moist air from entering the dispenser itself and the loose ingredient it dispenses.
