Description: UX is a term that describes how users interact with a product or service. Methods and tools for evaluating UX could be more accurate, so there is a need to create a better approach, which is the project's main goal. The goal was achieved by creating a fuzzy logic inference system.

User experience is a relatively new term. However, now it is one of the key concepts in the world of web research. Currently, the evaluation of user experience is crucial not only for the effective sale of the product but also for getting a satisfied user at the end of the day. Therefore, it is essential to correctly assess the user experience, improve web services, and adjust them to a modern client. Methods and tools for evaluating user experience help assess user experience, but they could be better and more accurate. Therefore, there is a need to create a better approach to assess the user experience. So the main goal of the project “Methods and tools of user experience evaluation research” is to provide an accurate assessment of the user experience of web services. The goal was achieved by creating a fuzzy logic inference system that applies a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics that affect the level of the user experience. The input variables of the system are: Navigation, Design, Learnability, Effectiveness, Memorability and Customization of the product or service, and the output is the level of User Experience.
