Description: The Ministry of Education Malaysia has introduced the Malaysian Education Development Plan (PPPM) 2013 - 2025 which focuses on 21st century learning, namely the role of teachers as facilitators (KPM 2013). The MOE encourages teachers to implement student -centred teaching methods to improve student achievement. In the education system, teachers are a major influence during Teaching and Learning (Chik & Abdullah, 2018). Therefore, in accordance with current Malay Language teachers need to implement the Teaching & Learning in a creative and innovative.

Students will have fun learning if the teacher can understand students and motivate them. Innovative means the ability to transform or create something new either in the form of resources or methods that are relevant to current developments towards the generation and development of a more dynamic mind. The current education system requires teachers to be more guiding so that students can apply their talents and abilities optimally and solve learning problems more effectively. Teachers' strengths and expertise can be translated into technology -based teaching. Teachers who specialize in information technology can innovate by producing learning modules or applications using multimedia. This creative effort can create a new and more fun learning environment as well as involve students hands on and minds on in the classroom. A person’s learning vogue is totally different from one another despite age, background, economic standing or intelligence quotient intelligence. This statement is in line with the opinion of Wan Zahid (1993) UN agency instructed that teachers adapt teaching to students' learning designs. Teachers ought to be informed use the benefits obtainable to students to optimize the effectiveness of teaching and learning within the room. once teaching ways custom-made to the educational vogue, students can feel additional fun following the teacher's teaching and prepared to be actively concerned within the room. One of them is the latest teaching method which is corporate learning by using the "Idea Block" toolkit. This idea of innovation was sparked when seeing students find it difficult to find ideas while writing sentences. This idea block method provides an exposure to new norms for students to think and work in groups to form and share ideas to form a more robust sentence among students. In addition, this language innovation material can also give confidence among excellent students as well as weak students to think and write ideas that arise in their minds. This method can also improve student performance in these writing skills
