During competitions where seconds decide the outcome, quick and effective hydration is crucial. Water loss can exceed 1 liter per hour, and even a 2% loss reduces performance. Disposable cups allow you to drink only a small amount of fluid due to spillage, while bottles allow for frequent sips of small portions but involve carrying more fluid, wasting time refilling, and the discomfort of spills. The Quick Refill Bottle solves these problems.
