Description: This is a method of producing and stimulating in vitro and ex vitro germination of artificial seeds of potato and chrysanthemum using zinc or zinc oxide nanoparticles added to the alginate bead matrix and cultivation substrate
The invention enables effective storage and germination of artificial potato and chrysanthemum seeds, both in vitro and ex vitro, which is important for the reproduction, breeding and protection of biodiversity. The addition of NPs to the alginate matrix and the germination substrate improves the efficiency and dynamics of the germination of artificial seeds and the quality and health of the obtained plants.
